GENERAL TERMS

In order to protect both parties from any errors, every order requires a formal, detailed invoice issued by Strasse Wheels for review and approval before production begins.

By submitting the required deposit, the customer confirms that all information and specifications listed on the invoice, including wheel style, finishes, sizing, offsets, brake option, fitment details, and vehicle information, are correct and approved for production. The customer accepts full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of these details prior to payment.

Invoices are sent electronically for customer review and approval. Once the deposit has been received, the order will automatically move forward into production. Customers have 24 hours from the time the invoice is issued to request any revisions. After that period, any change requests may incur additional fees or may be denied depending on the stage of production.

PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% non-refundable production deposit is required to begin manufacturing. Once production begins, deposits cannot be refunded or transferred. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes after production begins. Orders unpaid after 30 days of completion are considered abandoned, and Strasse Wheels reserves the right to resell items to recover costs. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back payments made to Strasse Wheels after order confirmation constitutes a breach of this agreement. Strasse Wheels reserves the right to pursue legal recovery for all costs, including fees and penalties.

RETURN POLICY

All wheels are custom built, tailored, and finished to order. Once production begins, orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed due to custom manufacturing variables.

WARRANTY POLICY

Strasse Wheels offers a one-year finish warranty and a lifetime structural warranty that applies only to the original purchaser of the wheels. Warranty coverage excludes misuse, accidents, or damage caused by improper installation or maintenance. Finish coverage is limited to one year and excludes scratches, user neglect, or normal wear.

Customers are responsible for safely returning wheels to our facility unless pre-approved for covered shipping. Warranty claims cover only verified manufacturing defects. Any wheels used for racing, track, or off-road conditions are not covered under any structural or finish warranty.

Should there be any issues on finish such as chrome peeling or pitting, paint chipping, or other finish defects, it is the customer’s responsibility to have the wheel or wheels returned safely to our facility at their expense unless the claim has been pre-authorized for warranty coverage. Once received, we will inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty repair or replacement.

Strasse Wheels does not guarantee fender, brake, or suspension clearance unless expressly confirmed in writing prior to production.

INDEMNIFICATION

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Strasse Wheels, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from use, installation, or modification of the products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, drawings, images, and materials are the sole property of Strasse Forged LLC DBA Strasse Wheels. No portion may be used or reproduced without written consent. Strasse Forged LLC DBA Strasse Wheels reserves the right to change or modify wheel designs, specifications, or components at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All correspondence, specifications, and documentation exchanged between Strasse Wheels and customers are confidential. Strasse Wheels will not disclose personal or vehicle data except as required for order fulfillment or legal compliance.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the entire agreement between Strasse Wheels and the customer. No verbal statements or prior communications shall modify these terms unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
